Made-to-Order Products

Every product sold by WE SPEAK CONSTRUCTION™ is made specifically for your order.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Ordering the wrong size or color
Changing your mind
Buyer’s remorse
Preference regarding fit, style, or appearance

Please review the product description, color selection, and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your product is damaged, defective, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Please include:

Your order number
A brief description of the problem
Clear photographs showing the product and issue

After reviewing the claim, we may provide a replacement or refund when appropriate. You do not need to return an item unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Changes or cancellations may be possible only before the order enters production. Once production has begun, the order cannot normally be changed or canceled.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Your bank or credit-card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
